This does not cover the cost of domain names
Web hosting services are set up by our automatic systems so with the clearing of payment it is 'immediate'. Some domains and VPS services may take up to 24 hours to be set up.
Payment is taken via Paypal. So any valid form of payment as accepeted by Paypal is valid; this includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
You do not require a Paypal account to buy services from us.
We offer a full range of on-site computer servicing and update services. We also offer website creation, updating and management. Please just contact us with your requirements and we will be in touch with a solution.

Set Up

Before initiating the transfer of a non-UK domain (e.g. .COM / .NET / .ORG) you will need to ensure that it has been unlocked by your current provider. Please check with them if you are unsure.
To transfer a domain name to us, please login to your client area at www.digitalgibbon.co.uk and select "Register/transfer a domain"

Alongside WebMail you can setup your e-mail accounts using our Web Hosting service with any e-mail client that supports POP3 or IMAP. We provide a quick and easy auto-setup process to add your e-mail account to your mail client. Please access our Knowledgebase for full detials.
You can access webmail for your domain simply by adding /webmail after your domain name. For instance, mydomain.com/webmail
You can then log in using an e-mail address and password set up in your cPanel.

A good way to test your website is to use www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com This will test if your website is online and the issue is specific to you or something more serious.
Once tested, please access your cPanel and raise a ticket including your IP address. You can obtain your IP from www.whatsmyip.org
Yes!
We offer Wordpress as an automatic install option... along with many other CMS options. Just log into your cPanel and click Softaculous Apps Installer and choose Wordpress. Follow the on -screen instructions and Wordpress will be installed on your hosting package.
